I am a playful burlesque performer based in Oslo, Norway, who feels completely at home in the spotlight.

The stage is a place where I feel safe, and I want you to feel the same. I love creating a space that feel bright and joyful, mixing sensuality with humour and, of course, a touch of tease. Whether you are new to burlesque or already in love with it, I will give you a moment to forget the world around, to breathe and enjoy.

My burlesque journey began at Oslo School of Burlesque in 2024, and I made my debut that same year. Since then I have performed as a burlesque artist and as a kitten, discovering more of who Fleur is every time I step on stage.

People often tell me that my face reveals everything. I can shift my expressions in an instant, and I use that to create my storytelling. My performances carry a lively energy that radiates through the audience. I want people to feel safe enough to laugh, curious enough to explore and open enough to enjoy the moment with me.

I work closely with the music. I enjoy slow reveals, quick reveals, rhythm, control and moments of tease. My performances blend sensuality with humour, inspired by my love for burlesque, storytelling and the connection I build with the audience.

I hope my performances give you a moment of lightness, warmth and glitter to take home with you.

Through my costumes I want to bring attention to the waste created by the clothing industry and to show that performance wear does not need to drain your savings. Around ninety five per cent of my costume pieces are found second hand and redesigned to suit the stage, or made entirely from scratch. This includes my shoes, gloves and even the rhinestones.

The remaining few pieces are items I have kept in my wardrobe for years or the occasional new purchase made when my sewing skills do not match my creative, and stubborn, ideas.

My costumes stand as a reminder that we do not need endless new clothing or expensive new pieces to create something beautiful. Real artistry can come from reuse, repair and the decision to step away from wasteful fashion altogether.

It was December 2024 when Fleur de Lise was born.

Barely a year after I saw my first burlesque show in Berlin (Germany), during which I could not stop thinking -  "I think I can do this too".

I was in my 30's, never danced a step in my life, no musicality in any muscle and very insecure about my body. With all that in mind I joined Oslo School of Burlesque, lead by Kiki Chérie, in August of 2024 for a Beginners course. Even though I was absolutely lost during that first class, the positive energy in the room made me come back week after week.

It was only a month or two later when I signed up for both a solo act and a group act during the school's showcase that winter. 

My very first solo act was to "Feeling Good" by Michael Bublé.
The costume of pieces I had laying in my wardrobe and a chair picked up for free from a corner of the street. I was so nervous that I lost my voice and did not sleep for several nights. 

As lovely as the act was, it will never see the spotlight again. It was a start, a beginning and immediately after it was time to change who Fleur was. 

And so the search for who Fleur de Lise began. 

My next solo act "Je t'aime" was created in just three hours in the middle of the night. A cute and short act which to this day still steals my heart. Since the first performance of this act in the beginning of 2025, it has seen a few changes and is now living a new life.

I then created "Fairground" in spring of 2025, deciding that I want to bring humour to the stage. My first Draglesque act and the start of Fleur playing with her audience.

Only a few months later in winter 2025 "Pink Void" was born. Something completely new and daring. By then I had been attending burlesque classes for a year and developped new skills, including finding my musicality!

Definitely not planned, but it happened anyway, "The Devil Wears Lace" found its way to my heart in the summer of 2026. Fleur shifts from humour to sensual, sexy and dominant on stage.

With "The Devil Wears Lace" a new Fleur found her way to the stage.

A Fleur who knows who she is, what she wants and when she will get it; a Fleur who is claiming her space.

This Fleur means a lot to me. She allows me to express myself in a way I could never have imagined, and she is showing the world and myself that I am worthy of being seen, wanted and remembered, not for who I “should” be, but for who I choose to be.

Will there be more changes to Fleur? Absolutely! I am a strong believer that change is the only true constant.

I am excited to see how Fleur will keep growing in the years ahead and long after.

Hi! I am Lisanne, the woman behind Fleur.

Just a woman working a 40-hour week and spending her free time dancing, creating and letting her imagination run wild. I live with my husband in a lovely apartment in the city of Oslo (Norway), to which we moved from The Netherlands. 

I fell in love with storytelling early. Books opened entire worlds for me, and I spent countless of nights replaying scenes in my head, building an imagination that barely knows boundaries. 

In my teenage years I found my way to the stage through school plays. I wrote and acted in two short scenes with my theatre friends; one about sex education (yes, including "educational equipment" in front of our families) and another inspired by Jean-Paul Sarte's "No Exit" (1944). I even wrote my own monologue based Jean-Paul Sartre's character "Solange" (1939). 

I was absolutely the weird theatre kid, and not a teenage soul understood what I was doing up there. The scripts are long gone, but I still wish I had them. 

After high school I went straight to university and then into working life, leaving theatre behind. I often thought about joining a theatre group, but never found the courage.

Until I discovered Oslo School of Burlesque. 

Life has not been the same since, and I would not change that for the world.
