Backstage Business Support

Most artists and small business owners don’t enjoy administration or coordination;  emails, logistics, communication, timelines, follow‑ups. I’m the opposite. I thrive in it. I help you taking care of the backstage side of your work so you don’t have to hold everything alone.

I can support you with:

• managing communication with venues, clients, collaborators

• organising bookings, schedules, and rehearsal plans

• keeping track of deadlines, deliverables, and production details

• coordinating shows, events, or creative projects

• handling practical tasks that drain your energy

I bring structure, clarity, and steady support so your creative work has a solid foundation.

Structure & Project Flow

I help you create simple, supportive systems that make your creative and professional life feel lighter. This is about discovering and shaping the way you work so it feels clear, manageable, and aligned with your natural rhythm.

• designing workflows for bookings, rehearsals, production tasks, or client work

• breaking big projects into clear, manageable steps

• organising timelines and project plans

• creating routines that support your creativity instead of draining it

• writing text for bios, websites, project descriptions, or communication with venues

The goal is always the same: less chaos, more flow, and a way of working that feels supportive to you rather than stressful.

How can we meet

You can choose the way that feels best for you. All my services coaching, backstage support, and project structuring can be done by phone, videocall, e-mail, or in person:

• Phone session: A simple, focused way to work together. Perfect if you prefer voice‑only conversations, want fewer distractions, or like to talk while walking or moving.

• Videocall: Perfect if you enjoy face‑to‑face connection or want to share documents, screens, or visual material. A low effort option for coaching, planning, or creative discussions.

• In person meet: Available in Oslo. Great if you prefer grounded, face‑to‑face collaboration, want to spread out materials, or simply feel more connected meeting live. Because in‑person sessions require travel, the rate is NOK 50 higher within Oslo.

• E-mail support: Some tasks are best handled in writing. E-mail works well for reviewing text, giving feedback, organising details, clarifying plans, or handling small administrative tasks. It’s also perfect if you prefer to work asynchronously or need support between sessions.

Pricing

I keep my pricing simple and transparent. 

• First hour: NOK 200

• Standard hourly rate: NOK 400

• In-person meet: +NOK 50

My standard hourly rate is NOK 400, no matter which service you choose: 

• coaching,

• backstage support,

• workflow structuring,

• project planning,

• or text writing.

To make it easy to get started, you can book your first hour for NOK 200. This gives us space to explore what you need and how we can best work together.

For all further sessions, the hourly rate is NOK 400. You can freely combine coaching, administrative support, planning, structure work, or text writing. You only pay for the time you use.

We can also meet in person in Oslo. Because this includes travel, in‑person sessions are NOK 50 higher than the standard hourly rate.

Some tasks work best through email, such as text feedback, small administrative tasks, planning details, or support between sessions. Email work is simply billed based on the time spent.
